ORDERS
When placing an order in our webshop, we ask you for certain personal details so that we can send your order. We only use and save the personal data that you have personally filled in.

SOCIAL MEDIA
If you want to stay even more up-to-date regarding our collection, you can sign up to our Facebook and/or Instagram pages. You can always reverse the registration by unsubscribing via the respective social media page.

VIA VAI also targets consumers through social ads. By accepting the cookies on our website, we are able to collect more information through an installed pixel in the website. This pixel gives us the opportunity to target and create more relevant ads. The social ads are delivered on facebook and Instagram. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not save your personal data longer than necessary. Personal data is saved as long as it is necessary for handling your order, including the warranty period. After that, we save the data for maximum one year for the defined purposes. Subsequently, your data is deleted, unless legislation and/or regulations demand otherwise.

YOUR RIGHTS
You always have the right to ask us to inspect your personal data that we process. If you find that this information is incorrect, incomplete or no longer relevant, you can always indicate this or change it yourself. Of course we are happy to help you if you have any questions or complaints. You can also object to the processing of personal data (or part of it) by us, or by one of our processors.
